One Hundred Mile point!

Rained all night and broke enough at 8:00 am to pack and get going. Albert Mtn is the 100 mile point and the attached pic was snapped thru the fog from the tower there. The trail was muddy and slippery from last nights' rain but the temperature was ideal- around 40. We made 12 miles before the downpour and exited at Winding Stair Gap and a warm bed in Franklin, NC. Tomorrow the Baptist Church provides an AYCE breakfast at 7:00 am. Shuttle back to WS Gap and hopefully another 12 miles.
